Our team of experienced sales representatives are committed to helping you build a comprehensive packaging ensemble complete with bags, boxes, tissue, ribbon and more. We’re always available to help answer your questions, make product and color recommendations, provide samples, price quotes, help with last minute packaging emergencies and expedited shipping.
STEP TWO
PLACE YOUR ORDER
Once you've met with one of our Sales Team, Customer Service takes your order and enters it into our system, sending off quote or sample requests and prepping orders for our Art Department. Customer Service sends existing logos or design requests along with colors and bag sizes to our talented Art Department to do what they do best.
STEP THREE
WORK WITH OUR DESIGN TEAM
Our Art Department takes your artwork and design specs and creates digital proofs of all the items you are interested in and prices out any plates needed. Revisions are made if needed and once you have signed off on the proofs the art department coordinates the creation of the plates needed to customize your order.
STEP FOUR
SCHEDULING
Once you sign off on your proof your project moves to our scheduling department where they put your project on the production schedule and everything needed to produce your branded packaging is gathered and sent to production.
STEP FIVE
PRODUCTION / CUSTOMIZATION
Once down in production the orders are sent to the correct printing department, Ink, Hot Stamp or Screen Printing where they pick your stock from our extensive warehouse of in-stock bags, boxes, tissue and ribbon and customizes these pieces with your designs before sending them off to shipping.
STEP SIX
SHIPPING
Our shipping department preps your order for shipment, coordinates with carriers and freight companies, and arranges for any special instructions you may have. Local customers can save on shipping by picking up their order themselves or have it hand delivered by our delivery drivers.
STEP SEVEN
BRAND AWARENESS BEGINS
Every time a customer uses (or reuses) your custom bags and boxes, they're advertising your brand to others. A branded bag is a great conversation starter, and it could potentially reach dozens of eyes each time it is used.
