Customer Service Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and effective support to customers via various channels, such as calls, emails, and live chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and deliver solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Monitor customer interactions, identify trends, and proactively address potential concerns or opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies, processes, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
  • Contribute to team success by sharing workload and supporting fellow customer service team members.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all customer interactions.
  • Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet established goals and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to find solutions even in challenging situations.

Experience and Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and/or emails on a daily basis.
  • Proficient in delegating tasks within a customer service team.
  • Attention to detail to ensure precision in all aspects of work.
  • Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Ability to maintain a positive outlook and find opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • 3-5 years of prior experience in customer service.
  • Proficiency in telephone and computer skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Salesforce is not required but considered a plus.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Additional relevant certifications or degrees are a plus.
