The role of Hot Stamp Set-Up will play a crucial part in ensuring that our packaging products meet the highest quality standards by accurately setting up and operating hot stamping equipment. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations and help us deliver exceptional packaging solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Equipment Set-Up:Properly set up and calibrate hot stamping machines according to job specifications, including selecting the appropriate dies, foil, and heat settings.
2. Quality Control: Monitor the hot stamping process to ensure that the stamped designs meet quality standards and adjust as needed to maintain consistent quality.
3. Inventory Management: Keep track of foil and consumables inventory levels and notify the materials department when reordering is necessary.
4. Documentation:Maintain accurate records of machine settings, job specifications, and production logs. Complete all necessary paperwork associated with the hot stamping process.
5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Proficient in English
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
